Lt. Gen. Philip A. Garrant is Commander, Space Systems Command, headquartered at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. He is responsible for more than 15,000military, civilian and contractor personnel worldwide and an annual budget of $15.6billion, while managing the research, design, development, acquisition, launch, and sustainment of satellites and the associated command and control systems. His extensive portfolio includes military satellite communication, missile warning, navigation and timing, space-based weather, space launch and test ranges, space superiority, responsive space and other emerging evolutionary space programs.

Dr. Keith Hardiman, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Acting Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Department of the Air Force, comprised of the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. Dr. Hardiman leads three directorates – Enterprise Information Technology, Data and Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity – that enable the missions of 20,000 cyber operations and support personnel around the globe with a portfolio valued at $17 billion. Ms. Charleen Laughlin, SES 3
Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Cyber & Data
United States Space Force
Ms. Charleen Laughlin, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Deputy Chief of Space Operations (DCSO) for Cyber and Data (SF/S6) at United States Space Force, the Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia. In this role, she provides executive leadership and managerial direction for the Space Force in all functional areas of cyber, cybersecurity, communication, information technology, data and artificial intelligence. Her responsibilities include strategy, policy, guidance, standards and metrics to organize, train, equip and employ cyberspace forces and electromagnetic spectrum capabilities for the Space Force. Additionally, she leads efforts to employ advanced technologies to drive digital transformation, ensures the Space Force’s IT and digital infrastructure needs are met, and integrates data and AI across the Space Force.
Dr. Jose Angeles (Dr. A)
Chief Data Officer
United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM)
Dr. Jose O. K. Angeles (A.K.A. “Dr. A”) reported to U. S. Southern Command in February 2023 and currently serves and the Command Chief Data Officer (CDO). As the CDO, he is responsible for transforming the Command to a data driven organization which includes overseeing enterprise data governance and implementing standards, policies, and procedures that will transform how data is used and managed across USSOUTHCOM and its Joint Task Force.

Mr. Weiler is currently the CEO and Chief Information Officer of a congressionally supported IT “do tank” called IT-AAC. Mr. Weiler has 40 years of Information Technology Management, Solution Engineering and Architecture experiences covering both private and public sectors. His expertise has taken him from senior leadership roles in fortune 1000 companies (May Dept Stores, Giant Food, Boeing) to Non-profit (Object Management Group, Interop. Clearinghouse), to high technology companies (Oracle, Excalibur, ParcPlace, Kodak, BAH, CACI).

Founder, CEO, and Chief AI Officer of Assail
Ms. Knight is the Founder, CEO, and Chief AI Officer of Assail, a venture-backed cybersecurity and artificial intelligence company building agentic AI systems for continuous exposure management of modern application stacks. With more than 26 years at the forefront of offensive security including U.S. intelligence cyber operations, she is globally recognized for uncovering systemic vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure and translating adversarial insight into defensible, scalable technology. Ms. Knight is a Cybersecurity Influencer, Content Creator, Hacker and Author, and award winner for her producer expertise (Ocean’s 11, Ozark, etc.).
